The Blessed and Beloved Ones teach us that nurturing and developing the Flame of Love that is our essence is key to our joy, fulfillment and overall wellbeing. One way to strengthen it is to regularly create a visceral connection with it. To let ourselves open up to it, feel it, direct attention to it, welcome its life force within us, etc. Thus, we are allowing ourselves to get to know the pulse of our unique and beautiful Flame. The more we do so, the stronger our connective “muscles” get, and the more familiar we become with what it “feels like” ~ so we can readily tap into it to create blessing for ourselves and for others.
Perhaps the easiest way for us to quickly align with our Flame of Love and to fortify this alignment is to spend conscious, receptive and loving time in Nature. If we can turn our minds off sufficiently to feel the beauty, calm and peace of the natural world, we are nurturing the same within us, and our Flame of Love is freer to express. Taking prolonged time to enjoy Nature while being responsive, present and grateful, feeds the Flame of Love within us, strengthens and deepens it and helps us remember its vast importance.
Our Beloved Earthly Mother will nourish us well if we open to her. We are born of her womb, cradled in her grace, strengthened by her wisdom, protected by her love, sustained by her bounty! We are one with her and every element of her natural world. She breathes life into us and fans the Flame of Love that is our essence, our natures. Turn to her that she may teach you of your Flame!
